Introduced several years ago and just making onto our web site.  This is absolutely the most charming design.  Available as a complete kit of 32ct Light Sand Belfast linen, with lots of Thread Gatherer overdyed silks and tiny Just Another Button Company birds, bees and doodlebug embellishments included. The soft tans, lavenders, and pale greens stitch to create a precious parade of tiny dressed bees and garden bugs. The Baby Bug Ball finishes approx 6 x 8.  Shown framed in a hand painted frame from Jill Rensel, which embellishes the piece beautifully.

Oh, My God, can you believe this piece.   Karen Kluba of Rosewood Manor has absolutely outdone herself with this breathtaking piece.  Keep looking at it and you'll notice something new each time.   Offered as a leaflet, you'll find 30 pages of the main chart split up into smaller sections (to fit the pages) to make stitching easier. Worked in 32 colors of DMC floss, this measures approx 14" x 18" on 32ct. She has also included all sorts of smaller charts scissor fobs, a needlebook, mini-sampler, and a larger floral bouquet piece, as well as the tiny charts of one-over-one detail in the main piece.  It is stitched on 32 ct. Moonglow by Picture This Plus, however, you can use 28 ct. which would just make it a little larger.

A beautiful border surrounds these gently-worded commandments, while the scene at the bottom depict Moses' life from the beginning, floating in the river,  to the end, and the burning bush. Renee's annual for 2007 is in house and somehow she just keeps these annual's coming.  You would think after over 20 years of coming up with new designs she would get worn out, but no she is still cranking them out.  2007 is the boardwalk train station with a train waiting for people to board.   

These two samplers were inspired by Ackworth School, one of the most famous Quaker schools, located in the county of Yorkshire in northern England.
The package contains charts for BOTH samplers.  Also included is a short essay on Ackworth School and its needlework. The models were stitched entirely in cross stitch over two linen threads using one ply of Milady's Teal from Crescent Colours on 32-count Maple Sugar linen from Lakeside Linens, Inc.    Each sampler requires 3, 5-yard skeins of embroidery thread if stitched with a single ply of thread.

The Ackworth Friendship Book is an accordion-style book of Quaker motifs from Ackworth School in northern England.  There are 10 stitched pages.  Each set of pages forms a pocket in which you can store special treasures. On the model, she stitched the front and back book covers, and eight of her friends each stitched a page and "signed" her page with her initials.  You can do the same or else stitch the entire book yourself. The model was stitched on  36-count Maple Sugar from Lakeside Linens, Inc.  using  one ply of Milady's Teal from  Crescent Colours.  The design requires 6, 5-yard skeins if stitched with one ply of thread like the model.  Stitches used:  cross stitch and backstitch  (On the model, all stitching was done over two linen threads.) Stitching directions, charts, and detailed assembly instructions  for both the book and a carrying bag are included in this package.

Petit Carnet d'Ouvrages, Livre II is an accordion-style book inspired by old pattern books. In addition to the front and back cover, there are eight more pages of stitched alphabets, borders, and motifs.   This book is part of a series of little books. The model was stitched on 32-count  Lilac linen from  Zweigart, Inc. using Grape Luminescence (100/3) thread from Gloriana Threads.   The book hinges are made using 12 mm grape silk satin ribbon from Gloriana Threads. Stitches used:  cross stitch and backstitch. The model was cross stitched over one linen thread, but the book could also be stitched over two linen threads to create a larger version. Another suggestion is to stitch and frame the pages individually. Stitching directions, charts, and detailed assembly instructions are included in this package.
