Another fun Peyote Stitch bracelet from the fun-loving ladies of Fern Ridge featuring our favorite motif, a mermaid.  The beaded band is about 1/2" in width and of course, you make it to fit your wrist, so the length you determine. To finish the ends are sewn together around the silver sliding closure.    Comes in a kit that includes all the beads, closure, thread, and the charms dangling from the design.  If you aren't a bracelet kind of person, you can always use this as an ornament on a tree, or a scissor fob, or a decorative piece to hang on your beach tote.

Black Perforated Paper, DMC fibers in bright colors, Chartreuse, orange, aqua, purple, and Fuschia.    The designs are embellished with beads and sequins, also included in the kit,  With the chart are the instructions for finishing.  The only supplies you will need to supply is backing paper, glue, and scissors.  The ornaments are approx.

  The Hands On Design exclusive, “A Fish Tale,”  is finally complete and ready to ship. Sara from Salty Yarns and Cathy, Hands on Design,  have talked and collaborated for about a year.   Mr. HOD was the genius who came up with the title of the chart. The exclusive kit includes the chart, wooden divided box for displaying the pieces, 14 weeks dye works threads, a fat quarter of linen, trims, wool for the pincushion top and the red backing fabric.  Also included is the matboard, cardboard, foam core, ribbon, trim, and twine for finishing.  There are some extras that were made to fill to your box...a custom fish ruler by Joseph's Workshop, a set of real shells made into counting pins, a thread keep by Sampling of Memories, fish waxer by Noteworthy Needle, and an ort jar.  The only things that you will need to supply is the white paint for the box, batting, and roving/walnut shells for the pincushion.  The kit cost will be $150.00 plus shipping.  Since this is an exclusive kit, it will be excluded from any store sales or coupons.
 
  You will be stitching the pincushion, the 3 fobs or charms, and the design for the lid of the box, which you will also be making.  All directions will be included with the chart.  
  
Shipping is estimated to be around $9.50-$10.00.  We charge actual shipping costs.

The Around the Holiday's 6 part collection kicked off with "Oh Say Can You Sea," in Nashville.  Each chart will feature a 'short stack drum' and a 'flap jack pillow.' Along with the two designs you will also get a 9" x 10" piece of Lady Dot Blue Corn velveteen for finishing.  Lady Dot Thundercloud Chenille is used on the flap jack pillow but is not included with the chartpack.  Jabco has also made a Pin-Mini - Sea Friends to go with the project.  Stitched on 32 ct. linen using Gentle Arts Fibers: Baby Spinach, Bittersweet, Cidermil Brown, Dungarees, Fragrant Cloves, Misty Harbor, Old Brick, Rhubarb, Spring Grass, Tropical Ocean and DMC: 3865 & Ecru
